Do you do both IT and security?
Yes. We install security systems and provide IT services for homes, businesses and schools, so you can use one company for both.
Where are you based?
Our shop and workshop are at 9 Northfield Avenue, Glenhazel, Johannesburg.
Which areas do you cover?
Glenhazel and the surrounding suburbs of Johannesburg. See the list of areas on our contact page. Larger jobs elsewhere in Gauteng are by arrangement.
What are your hours?
The shop is open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:30 to 13:00. For gate and security faults after hours, phone or WhatsApp us.
Quotes and pricing
How do I get a quote?
Call us, WhatsApp us, or fill in the quote form. For installations we usually visit the property first so the quote is accurate.
Is the assessment free?
Yes. Site assessments in our service area are free. Repair diagnostics in the shop cost R250 including VAT, which comes off the repair if you go ahead.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All quotes are in Rand and include 15% VAT.
Is there a call-out fee?
Call-outs in our service area are R450 including VAT, and the fee falls away if you go ahead with the repair or installation.
Power cuts and backup
Will my security system work during a power cut?
Gate motors, alarms and cameras can run on batteries or a UPS during a power cut. How long depends on the battery and the system. We supply and fit UPS units, gate motor and alarm batteries, and lithium backup for cameras and networks.
Can you keep our office network running when the power goes off?
A UPS keeps routers, switches and important computers running for a while. We size and install UPS units for offices and server cabinets.
Support and warranty
What warranty do I get?
We give 12 months on our workmanship. Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty, usually 12 to 24 months.
Do you support systems you did not install?
Yes. We check, repair and upgrade systems installed by other companies.
